Sidebar

Clicking over the sidebar menu menu, or over each element, will open a sidebar contaning eight buttons:

Home

Home will redirect to Chewie-NS’ homepage.

Schemas

Schemas will take to a page displaying all available Schemas.

Search

Search will take to a page that allows users to search for the sequence of specific alleles in Chewie-NS.

About Us

About Us contains a brief description of Chewie-NS, related repositories and contributions for the development of the service.

Github

Github will take to Chewie-NS’ Github repository.

Read the Docs

Read the Docs will take to this documentation’s index.

API

API will take you to Chewie-NS’ API.

Tutorial

Tutorial will take you to Chewie-NS Tutorial server which will allow you to experiment with a public Chewie-NS server requiring no sign-in for all operations.
