chewBBACA contains scripts that enable the user to interact with Chewie-NS. Please visit Installation for detailed instructions on how to install chewBBACA.

These scripts allow users to:

• Download a schema from Chewie-NS.

• Synchronize a schema with its remote version in Chewie-NS.

• Retrieve basic information about the species and schemas in Chewie-NS.
